PEP Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) is an experienced entrepreneur who serves as an on-site business/entrepreneur coach and creative consultant for our clients with the objective to develop intra-preneurs within their organization. An EIR brings an entrepreneurial perspective to the corporate culture. EIR coaches and mentors organizational teams assisting them with generating and vetting great ideas; transforming those ideas into meaningful solutions using best practices principles such as design thinking; and developing effective pitches to sell solutions to the senior leadership.
